Welcome to the Human Resources page of BVARI.org

Here at BVARI, the Human Resources Department is responsible for staff procedures such as hiring, training, and payroll. On this page you can find all the documents you will need to begin the hiring process. To join BVARI you must receive a Without Compensation (WOC) appointment through the VA. All BVARI employees, regardless of VA employment status, are required to have a WOC appointment prior to employment from the VA Boston healthcare System. Employees should contact HR for more information.

Payroll should be submitted every other Friday by 12pm in order to ensure supervisor approval. Any other questions regarding payroll can be directed to Daisy Mercado.

The personnel manual, available on this site, contains our current policies and procedures. Should you have additional questions, after consulting the manual, please feel free to contact us.
