Erin graduated from Stanford University in 2004 and has worked as project manager for a software development company for the past 4 years completing many product launches targeted primarily at the digital media industry. She started GooGooGayGay.com in 2008 as a part-time hobby designing apparel for LGBT families and allies, including hosting events with the Bay Area Chapter of the Human Rights Campaign. Erin will be moving to Boston this fall to start a year-long fellowship in social enterprise with New Sector Alliance, a social impact consulting firm that partners with local non-profits to create meaningful social change. She also currently serves on the board of Stanford Pride.
At the Boston Veterans Hospital Research Institute (BVARI) Erin will lead the implementation of a new grant management solution to be used throughout the organization and that she hopes will be shared across all VA Hospitals – she will prepare a whitepaper and presentation for this purpose. As the on-site expert, Erin will work with BVARI staff and third party vendors to customize the software to the needs of the organization and its staff which include building new workflow processes that support all aspects of grant management.
